The polymer insert in the Tech Series pad has a 2 year warranty (from original purchase date) against leaks, cracks, hardening or any type of break down. The outer cover has a one year warranty against defects. This warranty excludes damage due to accidents, neglect or abuse and is intended for the original owner only. Not what expected
A little thinner than I thought it would be but works fairly well for comfort. Straps included for side tabs don't fit.

Buy This Pad - IT ACTUALLY WORKS!!!
I've purchased several new seats and other pads to try to improve my 10-hour riding days but this pad is the ONLY one that works for me!!!! I could have saved a ton of money had I found this pad first! I'm sure it would have worked just fine with my stock Harley Road Glide Ultra seat! I got a new one after two years and 20,000 miles. Taking it inside for Chicago winters might help it last longer.

Amazing Seat Pad
I purchased the Suprcruzer Gel Seat pad just prior to a 1500 mile 5 day trip and thank GOD I did! This pad not only tripled my seat time...but it literally saved my ASS! I was getting about 50-60 miles out of my stock Road Glide seat before my butt goes numb....but with the Pro Pad, I was able to do 180 miles plus without a break. One word of caution though...DO NOT leave the Gel Seat pad sitting out in the direct sunlight (in 105 degree heat) for any amount of time as it will take 40 -50 miles before your butt can cool down the pad from being sizzling hot. That was definitely my fault! The pad fits the bike perfect and you won't regret buying this amazing product!
