Flag Replacement Program
We have identified an issue with some of our flags not holding up as well as in the past. After looking deeper into it, we discovered we received a bad batch of material from our printer. We are working to resolve the issue with them but unfortunately flags have been shipped to our customers. The problem experienced is the flag will begin to separate at the corner where it's folded. We have seen this primarily with our large and small USA flags. The issue looks like the pictures below.
PPI takes pride in delivering a quality product and if you experience this issue with any flags purchased after May 15th 2021 directly from us or from one of our dealers, we will replace the flag at no charge. To receive a replacement, please send us an email to info@thepropad.com with the following information:
If Purchased from the PPI website: Please send us a picture of the flag and provide your order number or the approximate date of purchase. Include your name, address and contact information (phone number and email). We will find your order and send you a new flag according to what was originally ordered.
If purchased from a PPI Dealer: Please provide proof of purchase and a picture of the flag. Provide your name, address and contact information (phone and email). If we have any questions, we will contact you.
If purchased from PPI at the Sturgis Rally: Please send us a picture and your contact information (address, phone, email) along with a picture of the flag. We will then contact you if any additional information is needed.
