Improve your comfort by allowing your foot to use all of the floorboard instead of just the outer edge. Allows more access to the floorboard on the left because of how far the shifter sticks out, and on the right, it gives you added space away from that hot exhaust.

First off, I have purchased several flag mounts from you and all have been high quality gear. I recently purchased a Floorboard Extension Kit (#FB-EXT9) for my 2022 HD Road KIng, FLHR. I downloaded the instruction sheet (none included with the purchase) and have a couple questions as follows: 1-The stock bolts are Grade 8. Are the stainless steel bolts provided by PPI also Grade 8? They are not marked. I use the floorboards for mounting and dismounting from the bike, so I'm a bit concerned. (Response from PPI: Stainless steel bolts are not graded in the same manner as carbide steel bolts. At 70,000 psi tensile strength, the stainless bolts will do the job and not rust) 2-Stainless steel nylon insert lock nuts were provided. The new front bolts on both floorboards extend out past the existing frame threaded gusset/nut. Is the intent for these two nuts to be used on the longer bolts? (Response from PPI: Yes the lock nuts are used on the long bolts (FB-EXT9) that go through the holes on the frame brackets. The shorter bolts screw into the threaded holes on the frame.)

Awesome product. It’s what I was looking for.
Arrived within 5 days from ordering (East Coast to West Coast). Easy to install on my 2009 Ultra Classic. Took about 15-20 minutes. Moved by floorboards out to that perfect area I was looking for. Floorboard Extensions
This does as it states and moves the floorboards out 3/4 of an inch. I will say instructions would have made it easier to install as the extensions are different. (Note from PPI: Sorry about that. Instructions should have been included with your floorboard extensions.)

They really make the bike more enjoyable to ride especially when you have such a large fuel tank. For the FLHTCU it was Easy to install instructions were not necessary. The pieces was easy to install.

It would be great if it came with instructions. You have four different shape parts, two different size bolts and you have to figure out which goes where.

Good product for Harley Street Glide!
I have owned 2 Harley Davidson FLHX's. I had this product on my 2007 and have just installed it on my 2013. I have size 13 shoes and it's amazing how much more comfortable the ride is with the extensions. It made it easier to drag the floorboards on the 2007 but with the frame change in the 2009 and newer I have yet to drag the floorboard on the 2013. I figured out what went where but I would have appreciated a simple diagram included with the product regarding installation. Good value for the money!
